The follow-home style robbery was reported on Friday, May 12 on the 5 Freeway near Crown Valley Parkway, the California Highway Patrol said. MISSION VIEJO, CA — A follow-home style robbery was reported in Mission Viejo on Friday, May 12, the California Highway Patrol reported. Authorities are currently investigating the incident, which happened at 12:33 a.m. early Wednesday morning on the 5 Freeway southbound to Crown Valley Parkway. Residents who were in the area at that time and have any video or saw anything unusual were asked to contact 949-670-7030.
